Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: contact us at contact@skeancare.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
Change-of-mind returns: because our products are personal-care items that touch the skin or scalp, we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. In this case, you are responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
