Skeancare Glow – Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of skeancare.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Skeancare Glow LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Skeancare Glow," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506.
2. Products and Descriptions
We attempt to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, textures, and minor details may vary slightly from photos due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing variation. Our skincare and haircare accessories are cosmetic and personal-care products only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult a licensed healthcare provider before use.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing and availability are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before charging or shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We use Shopify's payment processing infrastructure to handle transactions; we do not store your full payment card details on our own systems.
5. Returns and Shipping
Returns, refunds, and shipping timelines are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, comment, or other content to the Site, you confirm it reflects your own genuine experience and opinion, consistent with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255). We may remove content that is false, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the product. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with marketing our products.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; infringe our or a third party's intellectual property; transmit malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or scrape or harvest data from the Site without our written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and design, is owned by or licensed to Skeancare Glow LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in this section limits any warranty rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skeancare Glow LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a product purchased through it will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skeancare Glow LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable federal or state consumer protection law provides otherwise for consumers residing in other states.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
