Skeancare Glow – Privacy Policy

Skeancare Glow LLC ("Skeancare Glow," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through skeancare.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Order information: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details, collected when you place an order. Payment information: payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and our payment providers. We do not store your full card number on our own servers. Contact information: if you email us or sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address and any information you provide. Usage information: like most websites, we automatically collect some technical data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring site) through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising pixels (for example, TikTok and Meta pixels) used to measure and improve our marketing.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to: process and fulfill your orders; communicate with you about your order; respond to customer service requests; send marketing emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); improve our Site and product offering; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.

If you subscribe to our mailing list, we will only send you commercial emails consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.). Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. We do not use negative-option or subscription billing of any kind.

We share information only as needed to run our business: with Shopify, our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts the Site and processes payments; with our order fulfillment and logistics partners so they can ship your order to you (because our fulfillment partner's order-management systems may be located or operated outside the United States, limited order information such as your name and shipping address may be transferred internationally solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order); with analytics and advertising providers (such as Google, Meta, and TikTok) to help us measure and improve our marketing, who may use cookies to do so; and with law enforcement or regulators if required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
6. Your Privacy Choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@skeancare.com; we will respond within 30 days. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We honor these requests for all customers, regardless of state of residence, as a matter of practice, even where the law's business-size thresholds may not strictly apply to us.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501-6506. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including Shopify's PCI-compliant payment infrastructure, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision.
