Skeancare Glow – Refund & Return Policy
Effective date: July 4, 2026
Skeancare Glow is owned and operated by Skeancare Glow LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Skeancare Glow," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work for orders placed at skeancare.com (the "Site"). It is written to comply with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), Section 5 of the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45) prohibiting unfair or deceptive practices, and the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act (Wyo. Stat. § 40-12-101 et seq.). Residents of other states may have additional rights under their own state consumer protection laws, which this policy does not limit.
- Order Cancellations
- You may cancel or change an order at no charge any time before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be cancelled and the return process below will apply instead. To request a cancellation, email contact@skeancare.com as soon as possible with your order number.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation. Requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@skeancare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will, at no cost to you, issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement, whichever you prefer. We cover return shipping costs in these cases, and no restocking fee applies.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
Because our products (facial rollers, gua sha tools, scalp massagers, and similar skincare/haircare accessories) come into direct contact with the skin or scalp, for hygiene and safety reasons we can only accept change-of-mind returns if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. If your item qualifies: you have 14 calendar days from delivery to request the return; you are responsible for return shipping costs; a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item's price may be deducted from your refund, reflecting the restocking costs our suppliers charge us, disclosed here in advance so there are no surprises; once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Used or opened change-of-mind items cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons and cannot be refunded, unless the item was defective (see Section 3).
5. How Refunds Are Issued
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue cash refunds. Please allow 5-10 business days after a refund is processed for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Gift cards; items returned more than 14 days after delivery, unless approved at our discretion; used or opened personal-care items that are not defective.
7. How to Start a Return
Email contact@skeancare.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions, including the return address and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
