Skeancare Glow – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is provided in compliance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), which requires us to have a reasonable basis for any shipping-time representation, to notify you of material delays, and to offer a refund if we cannot ship within the time promised.

 

  1. Where We Ship
  2. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are not able to fulfill orders shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with tracking information when available.

 

3. Transit Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the product and carrier (USPS). Combined with processing time, most orders arrive within approximately 4-7 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier performance and factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Cost

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.

 

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@skeancare.com.

 

6. Delays

If we become aware that your order will not arrive within the estimated window above, we will notify you by email and, consistent with 16 C.F.R. § 435.2, offer you the choice to consent to the delay or cancel your order for a full refund.

 

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, or if your package arrives visibly damaged, contact us at contact@skeancare.com within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will do our best to help redirect the package if the carrier allows it.
